Jane’s favorite cartoon these days is SpongeBob. So when things go wrong she frequently exclaims, “Oh, tartar sauce!”
When she says “then” for some inexplicable reason she adds a “d” to it. So it sounds like “thend”.
When she plays the Wii by herself she has absolutely no clue what she is doing. But she’s so enthusiastic about it. She squeals and laughs and screams “Oh, tartar sauce!” when things go badly.
She pronounces “even” as “evwee”. “I don’t evwee know what I’m doing!”
What I have been pondering lately:
Jane’s birthday is in August, right before school starts. Do I put her into kindergarten when she has just turned 5? I can’t decide what to do. I was 4 when I started school and academically I did just fine. However, being the only girl in my 6th (7th, 8th, and 9th) grade class without boobies was kind of a downer.
All of the kindergarten/preschool sign-ups start next month and I can’t decide where she will go. Can I bear for her to be gone all day long starting in August? I might cry my eyes out. She’s such a spaz. I enjoy having her around for a little comic relief.
